Warranty: Equipment offered by Superknife, (RDR Tools, Inc.) is warranted against factory defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from date of purchase .

Upon notice in writing, RDR Tools, Inc. will promptly repair or replace the defective product. RDR Tools, Inc. reserves the right to elect to have any defective item returned to its plant for inspection before making
a repair or replacement. Warranty does not cover equipment damages resulting from abuse, damage in transit, or other damage beyond the control of RDR Tools, Inc.

Entire Contract: All orders are subject to written acceptance by RDR Tools, Inc. This acknowledgment and the purchase order constitute the entire agreement of purchase and sale between the parties. Should
any of the terms and conditions of Purchaser's order be in conflict with or in any way inconsistent with the terms and conditions herein, the same shall not be considered applicable to this agreement of purchase
and sale. No waiver, alteration or modification of any of the provisions herein shall be binding upon RDR Tools, Inc., unless in writing and signed by an executive of RDR Tools, Inc., of Scottsdale, AZ.

The warranty and limits of liability contained herein are in lieu of all other warrants and liabilities expressed or implied. The manufacturer reserves the right to make design changes without notifying the purchaser.
Freight Policy: For domestic freight, all prices quoted are F.O.B. shipping point.

Drop Ship Policy: None.

Returns And Exchanges: Both Authorization and a return Authorization number must be issued by the factory on all returns. Credit will not be issued for custom items. Only unopened product in its original
packaging will be considered for return. Authorized returns will only be accepted for credit toward future purchases from RDR Tools, Inc., subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be shipped to RDR Tools, Inc. freight prepaid.

Minimum Order: The minimum order is $500.00 at NET pricing. Orders totaling less than $500.00 will be referred to an authorized distributor in your area.

Seller Defaults: Claims for shortages or errors in delivery must be made in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of goods and all other claims must be made within one year thereafter.

Damaged Goods: All damage claims shall be made to the carrier by Purchaser.

Terms: Net 30 days, with approved credit. A penalty of 1-1/2% per month will be added to all past due accounts. Prices are subject to change without notice. Purchaser agrees to pay Seller's reasonable
attorney's fees and collection costs arising out of any amounts past due. Catalog or quoted prices do not include sales, use, excise, or similar taxes, all of which shall be paid by the Purchaser.

Governing Law: Arizona State Laws shall govern. Any legal action based on an order must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona.
